「Very satisfactory room. Clean, nice bathroom, plenty of towels. In room refrigerator with water and soda. Interesting artifacts in room. We were in the purple room, which was L shaped and didn’t have a lot of floor space. This establishment is right off one of the main shopping streets- so you get a lot of street noise. 「This is a great place! It’s so well located that it is a 12 on a scale from 1 to 10. Right in the center of Lucca, with places to eat all around, including a breakfast bar right downstairs. Valentina is both friendly and helpful, and can assist with any questions you have. Our room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. We overlooked the main street, which was not noisy at night, and the other side of the residence overlooks the main square of the city. Highly recommended!!」

「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. 「Although my stay was brief, I throughly enjoyed my visit. Alessandro was very responsive to all of my questions. I would recommend paying extra for the breakfast. It was delicious. Now, you are on a Main Street so it can get loud if you’re not used to it, but it did not bother me or my partner. They also supply ear plugs! I would love to come back the next time I am in Lucca. 」
