"This was the prettiest room we stayed in while traveling around Tuscany. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. Our bathroom had a jacuzzi tub with a spray hose, but no shower. Our windows faced the street which was loud at night with people hanging out drinking outside of a bar. We noticed that they supplied packages of earplugs in our room, but it was still noisy with the earplugs. This hotel is located on the opposite side of town from the gate where you enter when coming from the train station, but it is walkable if you don't mind pulling your luggage through the town. This was no problem for us, but you can also take a taxi to the gate on the opposite side. It's a gorgeous place to stay, although noise might be an issue for some. "
