「Very satisfactory room. Clean, nice bathroom, plenty of towels. In room refrigerator with water and soda. Interesting artifacts in room. We were in the purple room, which was L shaped and didn’t have a lot of floor space. This establishment is right off one of the main shopping streets- so you get a lot of street noise. 「Best property, best staff, best location! I was in Lucca for 1 week and I learned the area and the hotel. Cannot rate high enough. I was stranded by taxi at 9pm in Lucca city. (Long story) Called hotel, they figured out where I was, sent a taxi for me, made late dinner reservations. Thank you Sarah. Nice bathroom, lift, air conditioning that works, big bedroom. Called taxis when I needed them, great breakfast, felt catered to. Go to their restaurant just for the lavender panna cotta. Enjoy!」

「Wir waren eine Nacht in der Unterkunft. Es war sauber und ruhig. Etwas abgelegen und das Haus wirkt wie eine verlassene Villa, hat etwas gespenstisches. Das Personal war nett auch wenn man es erst in der Bar nebenan suchen muss. 」

「Cute and quaint rooms in a great location, next to the walls of Lucca. The area is quiet at night and safe to walk. Check-in was a little tricky, but we figured it out. Rooms were clean. No AC, so may be uncomfortable in the warmer season.」
