I would love to thank the staff, especially staff on the desk! They were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. My stay was absolutely amazing and I have been recommending it to everyone I’ve spoken to since returning home. I will definitely be coming back again. The attention to detail was wonderful and I highly recommend anyone to book a stay, especially to visit during Lucca’s summer festival! Thank you again so much!

The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, and convenient to the town of Lucca. The staff was very personable and helped with any request or question we had. Bicycles were available for guests which my wife and I took advantage of riding the wall around the town. The breakfast choices were excellent and staffed with very friendly people.

The facilities were very nice. This is my first trip to Italy. I thought the rooms were very small but that may just be the way it is in this country. The shower however, was actually dangerous. The water poured from the shower to nearly the door. No matter what we tried we could not get that to stop. We had two rooms and both rooms had the same issue. Rooftop was absolutely lovely.
