「Staff were exceptional - warm, sincere, and very hard working. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Food is by and large very good - cooked fresh to order so can take a tiny bit longer than you might normally expect in a 5 star hotel. But, well worth especially the fish courses. 」

「Well laid out hotel. Found there were restrictions on what food/drink was available where. Not a major thing but frustrating. En-suite bathroom layout was a little strange - location of sink, location of hand soaps, weirdly high towel rack, strange blinds not a wall so everything going in the bathroom could be heard in the bedroom. Poor soundproofing / terrace door which meant the overly loud evening v entertainment was very loud in our room.」

「The hotel is in a good location that is convenient for tour pick-up and drop-off. It is very close to the train station and grocery stores.」

「The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. 」

「We have an amazing stay at this riad. It is beautiful and the staff are just amazing. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and very nice. Every afternoon they provided an afternoon tea and snacks. The welcome was superb . On check out, they even provided a packed lunch ! Will definitely recommend and go back」

「Ibrahim from Riad Azrur went out of his way again and again for us. Not only is the property centrally located and convenient for walking around the Medina, but it is beautiful with plenty of spaces to relax including a rooftop patio. Our flight arrived late at night and Ibrahim arranged for an airport pickup and, on our departure date, airport drop off (for an extra fee). He gave us a dinner recommendation when we arrived back late from a tour and went out of his way to offer help and recommend...
