"This was by far the best hotel stay we have had in a long while. Where to start - the staff are all amazing. Kind, caring, made us feel special. We stayed at the hotel our whole trip, so all the staff started to recognise us and it was so nice! The hotel manager Marco was beyond lovely - so nice to have a chat and made us feel so welcomed and special! Thank you Marco! I LOVED the house keeping twice a day. This was extremely helpful for me. We have had this in a few hotels in Bali but not in all. And I have to say it was VERY much appreciated! Just getting the extra water or freshening up a towel etc for the night ahead was great! Thank you! Great pools and pool service - we really enjoyed our meals by the pool. All the hotel restaurants were delicious and we look forward to going back to all of them again. BIG SHOUT OUT to allllll the breakfast crew/staff - so so so lovely! You were all kind, and always high fiving my kids and remembering I liked a take away coffee in the morning etc. It sounds like small things, but teh effort of caring and kindness is really what makes a trip special. We look forward to coming back soon - I am already looking at flight of when we can come again next year! OH AND THE KIDS CLUBS - beautiful ladies! So kind, always so happy to see our girls! Our girls were begging us to go to the kids club everyday and do all the fun craft activities! Thank you all for being so kind and caring with our kids! They loved the fun afternoons with you all!"

"Resort is unbelievable. So classy with a large open plan. So many pools to swim at with multiple dining and drinking options plus the whirlpool is so relaxing and fun. Rooms were fantastic, very clean, spacious and doesn’t matter where you are in the resort you’re never far from a pool, bar or restaurant. Staff were some of the best I’ve had the pleasure of meeting around the world. So friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough for us. 5 star service with a smile every single day. Their service really added to the pleasure of this trip. I wish I could remember all their names because every single one of them went above and beyond, special shoutout to Joe, Peri, Roby, Alex. Highly recommend staying here and I know I will definitely be back. Thankyou Marriott staff for making this trip one to remember. "

"Second time returning to this resort and it did not disappoint. Clean, staff lovely, food great, pools clean and not feeling over crowded. Great location where you can simply stay all within the resort and have a great day or wander nearby streets. "

"Such a wonderful place to stay! From arrival all the staff were so incredibly lovely and helpful especially with our three kids age 5 and under. Room was very big and spacious and always immaculate, the cleaning crew did such a wonderful job and left a beautiful set up for my birthday it was truly special! Plus a beautiful slice of cake delivered on my birthday. Kids club was fantastic all the kids loved it! Food at buffet was great and ranged changed daily, pool was fantastic and always seats to sit on! Great location to, super close to other food and markets and out the back entrance great massages and circle k. Amazing place to stay! "
