「In Chiado on a side street just a short walk to the water and sights. For me perfectly located for a self guided walking tour from the castle to green street!. But for those out of shape , with disability or with a stroller its a hike up the hill. The hotel is charming and the rooms very clean and well-appointed with a very nice kitchen setup plus a washer. Enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay again!」

「The hotel has old world charm but not stuffy. It's located in a busy part of the city right next to a train station, but inside is very quiet and serene; no noise penetrated into our room. Lots of flowers, both fresh and artificial, adorn the lobby and hallways. The breakfast was amazing--great selection of hot foods, cold meats, breads, fruits, fruit juices, etc, and breakfast staff was gracious and attentive. The only negative comment I have is that the pictures in the hallway on our floor...

「The hotel team are excellent - always smiling and kind. The receptionists were very helpful in recommending places and provided adaptors for our chargers. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably. The restaurant barmen, provided ice and also pot of hot water for us to bring into our room as a solution. luckily there is an outdoor garden seating...
