「Good location, clean and great roof top bar and pool. Narrow inconvenient basement parking. Hotel’s employee did minimum effort to explain how to access the parking. Next day we use a public parking at 10 minutes walk from the hotel.」

「El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado en el centro de San Cristóbal de la Laguna. Habitación amplia, camas cómodas, baño muy completo con accesorios de todo tipo (gel, champú, acondicionador, crema, etc.) y todo muy limpio. No usamos la piscina porque no hacía muy buen tiempo. Hay una plaza detrás donde se puede aparcar y sino en el mismo hotel hay parking. La atención del personal también muy agradable. Muy buen sitio para disfrutar en esa zona.」

「Had a lovely city shopping break with a pool to relax around afterwards. We booked a junior suite and it was massive and really clean and quiet . 5-10 minutes walk to the shops . 」

「Modern and clean hotel, with a nice vibe and generous sized rooms. Our luggage was lost and the lady at reception loaned us adapters so we could charge our phones which was appreciated- all the staff were friendly there. Location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, bars and great restaurants nearby, as well as transport links. The picturesque little park around the corner was also useful in helping us know what to aim for at the end of the day!」

「Location is excellent in the city center of Santa cruz. However, as many pointed out before, there is a night club at the top of the hotel, which luckily I was out of season hence it was only on saturday but then you need proper ear plugs to not have it affect your sleep. Second point is, they advertise the hotel with a very nice rooftop, however the people working there were not friendly and it is completely seperate from the hotel, meaning you need to consume there (4 EUR small beer, which is...
