「Team were positive and reactive. Property was new so its equipment and furniture. The brands are from a a famous supplier such as Bosch. There is not food court to serve breakfast. Communication between reception staff is poor. To adjust AC in your room, you need to call the reception to adjust it remotely. They are very strict when it comes to evict the property at 12pm. They did not agree tpo extend our stay by 1 Hr. although we stayed there for 10 days.」

「Internet was fine. Location was sketchy but should have checked it out before. Still i felt safe walking at night. Tons of kids and lots of noise until 1am. The room was dingy but after seeing location was expected. But the worst is that it smelled of urine strongly. Like an alley. There are cats everywhere but i work with animals and it wasnt cat urine. Thats more ammonia like. I had to use Peppermint oil and still was horrible. I didnt shower as rhe bathroom looked like the walls by toilet had...

「Friendly and helpful staff, also a plus when you were welcomed with their famous tiramisu. It has a bus stop nearby going to the old town. Overall is a great stay but the sound isolation isn’t great - also disappointed with the bath water as it appeared yellow.」
