I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great - welcoming, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any request or question. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day. One of the highlights was the breakfast: a generous and varied spread with something for everyone, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes cooked to perfection. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay with Great Service

had a great stay at the Sheraton. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and the service throughout was excellent. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Eren, who was particularly helpful and friendly – truly a standout member of the staff. While my booking didn’t include breakfast, everything else met or exceeded expectations. The room was comfortable and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and professional. One small downside: to use the swimming pool, you need to wear a cap – and the one sold on-site was quite expensive. Still, that was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise very positive experience. Would absolutely stay here again.
