「The property was clean and staff was good. I requested rooms to be cleaned had two and they were not cleaned as asked and had to ask again and ran out of towels.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Frankenmuth Motel, although we only stayed for one night. The motel is conveniently located. The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Coffee, tea, and juice are available in the office during the day. The breakfast included bagels, muffins/donuts, bananas, oatmeal, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the motel was an excellent value for our travel dollars. We would stay again. P.S....

「The hotel had many spare rooms the night I arrived but the front desk clerk refused to change mine.She said that it was a third party booking and she couldn't do it, as it was in a different category . None of them were luxury rooms, have never been to a hotel where they would not change a room for you. weird」

「I am not sure why management would put the only unfriendly staff member at check in? Everyone else was wonderful, smiles and the like. Checkin not a hint of even a smile. Not the Spirit of Frankenmuth we are used to.」

The beds appeared to have been stained with dirt and bodily fluids. The bathroom floor was rooted and the door for it had splinted and wouldn’t fully close. The parking space outside was littered with cigarette butts and the room smelled filthy and like it had previously housed chain smokers. The ceilings and walls were disgusting and coated in smoking...
