The Inn as well as the staff are top notch. We felt instantly comfortable and charmed by the place. The night we arrived, they put some out cold beverages and cookies. We were exhausted from driving, so just being able to chill on the porch after checking in with a beverage transitioned us from "travel" mode to "relaxed" mode. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast both days was delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing weekend getaway!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Chateau! This beautifully decorated boutique hotel is in such a convenient location. Our suite was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We loved the charming atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room was beautiful, with period pieces, and very comfortable. The amenities and free entry into the kitchen were homey touches and much appreciated. Breakfast was graciously served and delicious. All in all, a great stay!

Impressed from start to finish. Huge clean villas that I dare anyone to find a dirty spot anywhere on site. Beautiful quiet scenery with great pools for family and separate pool for adults. BBQ area had clean grills and new. Great game room.. Air hockey. Pinball. Skeeball. Basketball. Ping-pong. Pool table. Resort was full but you wouldn't know it because of spacious areas. Definitely returning. Stayed with wife for anniversary getaway.

Great experience. Definitely will return. The hotel was clean and didnt smell. The grounds were immaculate. The staff was friendly and attentive. The casino was clean and didnt have the lingering scent of nicotine and smoke. Food was delicious and the servers were also attentive as well.

My daughter had a gymnastics meet at the convention center in Atlantic City the weekend we booked our room. Staying at the Swan Lake Resorts was a nice alternative to staying at a hotel. They allow dogs in the home I stayed it, so it made potty breaks for him a breeze. My dog slept comfortably in his dog bed, as my daughter competed only a short drive away. Once we were done, we scooped him up and headed back home. Highly recommend!

Stay was in the middle of January, so the hotel was practically empty. Due to the extremely low occupancy, I was upgraded to an oceanfront room, which was very nice. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only negative was that you could hear other guests opening up their sliding doors in their rooms; rooms are not well sound proofed. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.

Nice hotel , good food

This historic hotel has charm and character while providing all of the modern amenities you could want. Walking into the lobby is like entering another era-a simpler time for sure. This feels instantly relaxing and made for a great winter getaway. The proximity to the beach and the boardwalk make it ideal for walking around to the water and the restaurants! It was incredibly peaceful in this quiet, off-season time of year!

Can’t beat the location! Always my go to place to stay in ocean city. It’s clean, roof top pool, spacious rooms, affordable, walking distance to beach and boards, staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the cleanliness and professionalism of the workers

Clean, comfortable and great quiet location. Excellent views from the rooftop lounges.

The staff was excellent!!! They were friendly and courteous! The hotel is close to beach, close to local dining, (recommend Yianni's for a yummy breakfast) and hotel offers shuttle service to casinos and outlets! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Awesome

MY PROBLEM WAS NOT WITH THE HARD ROCK HOTEL BUT EXPEDIA We were celebrating our “35th” wedding anniversary and booked a stay at the Hard Rock Cafe through Expedia at the recommendation of a friend. Once the reservation was made for “1” day, we tried to upgrade for an additional day and then found out that we were in A smoking room. I immediately tried to reach out too customer service and make. Change and could reach no live body. I was directed to a virtual rep who informed me that if I made...

Easy check in even though we arrived late. Very pleasant stay and wonderful room with an outstanding view from all the windows. Loved the breakfast and enjoyed lunch at Fred and Ethels, and had Pizza and wings delivered from the pizza stand. All was enjoyable until our checkout. Very unpleasant person at the desk and was nasty. Uncalled for especially upsetting for my 90 year ol

Liked all of it.

Staff helpful and friendly

We were really comfortable here. Plus the breakfast was great. It a lil drive to the casinos but overall we didn’t mind.
