「The location of this hotel is easy to access by walk from the cable car station and also ship tour. The checkout time is a bit too early at 10a.m. The view (lakeside room and restaurant) are marvelous. Service of Staff at restaurant are efficient! 「The property is a little bit away from the train station and up the hill, but shuttle is provided between 1 and 5 pm every day for pickup. We arrived later, and decided to walk despite being given the option to have them pick us up by request. Checkin was simple and straightforward, we were given instructions on paper and in English.
