「Nice hotel with top-notch Japanese standard service. However the location is slightly off, only Mita line is closeby and JR station is quite a walk. Hotel provides lounge for all customers and thats generous gesture.」

「飯店設施較新，為商務型飯店，位置在3個地鐵線附近, 距赤阪地鐵站步行約5-10分鐘。有自助check-in，飯店人員英文溝通ok，距日枝社會步行約5分鐘。到表參道或澀谷地鐵約4站距離(千代田線)。房間簡潔舒適(一個26吋可全開，2個也ok但是會較為擁擠)，附設有洗脱烘洗衣(500日元/次)，樓下有7-11逛完街補貨方便(飯店末附瓶裝水，只有飲水機)。缺點是衣物與浴巾吊掛空間較為不足，只能吊掛在玄關處，另外冰箱相較於其他商務旅管較為小一些，2L水瓶大概就滿了。」

「環境舒適但是電動床的全平幅度不是180度，所以有要求全平好休息的人要再考慮一下，其他體驗都很不錯！值得一住！」

「I have been visiting this hotel since 2012. This is my 4th visit. This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and deep plunge bathtubs nestled in the snowy forest. But what makes this the most amazing hotel is the staff and the service. As someone who travels the world for business rarely have I seen such honest hospitality and attentiveness.
