Hamamatsucho 3 Stars Hotels

The staff are exceptional people! All spoke fluent English and were willing to help me with some Japanese. Services, when requested were fulfilled in an extremely timely manner with great attention to detail. They were able to give great recommendations for local restaurants. We were not able to attend, but they offer a weekly meet the neighbors night. The in-room laundry was extremely helpful, it's right there! All in one, no moving wet clothes to dryer. We were able to pack lighter knowing we...

Very convenient!

First time in Japan and we were looking for a queen bed room and Mystays had one! The room is still small and narrow so you’ll be living out of your suitcase as there’s only a small small closet to hang a few things and no dresser or drawers but there’s space under the bed for your bags. Safe, small fridge, kettle, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hair dryer included. Other amenities like lotions and comb and razors are in the lobby. Quiet room. Friendly staff. Next to metro entrance a...

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,

Great location in Shinjuku and easy access to surrounding areas. Relatively close to Shinjuku station and not a far walk. Laundry is in the unit and the staff changes out towels and makes the beds every day. They also provide extra detergent pods if you run low. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely comfortable stay at onyado nono bettei. The hotel annex just opened in January of 2024 and is very clean and inviting. The service is exemplary and location is prime. Roughly 15 minute walk to asakusa station, 2 minute walk to sensoji temple, and 5 minutes to asakusa view hotel to take a limousine bus to the airport. We had an incredible time in the onsen, enjoyed all the food and drinks, and breakfast was delicious. The only cons were atrociously hard pillows that would break your...

I chose the Lyf Tokyo Ginza hotel because it's just a 2-minute walk from Kyobashi Station and also close to Takaracho Station (about 3 minutes). The small size of the subway station makes it easy to navigate without getting lost. The Ginza Line offers excellent access to Asakusa, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station, and there's a direct subway connection to Haneda Airport, which takes about 30-40 minutes. The area is very quiet at night, which was a key factor in my decision, as I initially considered...

This hotel is close by Senso-ji temple and various subway lines. The area around the hotel is usually quiet and they have a cafe with a store inside. Overall, not bad.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The hotel itself is new so everything was pristine and modern. It is a business hotel so expect the rooms to be small - there was enough space to open a couple suitcases on the floor, but we had to keep them closed up most of the time to feel comfortable moving around. The public bath facility is excellent and a really nice amenity to have. Very clean and nice baths, one indoors and one outdoors with micro bubbles. You must have the hotel...

The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.

Excellent location with so much to do within walking distance. Multiple subway line with a 1-2 minute walk. Hotel and staff were wonderful, so pleasant and helpful. Help with Luggage storage and shipping was a great bonus for our group.

I always stay at Sotetsu Fresa Takadanobaba whenever I'm in Tokyo, and for good reason. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Takadanobaba Station, which connects to the JR Yamanote, Seibu Shinjuku, and Tozai Lines. This makes it easy to get around Tokyo, whether you're headed to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, or other popular spots. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with rooms that are surprisingly spacious for the price. I appreciate that you can adjust the AC to your...

It’s beautiful room. My husband & kids loved here. The location is so convenient with many restaurants nearby, close to station & market with a short walking distance. The park in front of hotel is so beautiful with cherry blossoms. The staff is so friendly & nicely. Front desks are fast service & come to our room to instruct us how to use washer/dryer machine. We will recommend friends staying here & we definitely come bac. Everything is perfect.

The room was spacious. The rooms were well supplied with soap, towels, and toiletries. The rooms were well cleaned every day. The negatives are the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was a futon. Also the room had no windows. The shower floor was marble and slippery.

Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well. We made this hotel our home for 3 days, but would have been pretty comfortable even for a week. We will keep this...

This place is great! The location is excellent—just steps away from Sensoji Temple and Nakamise-dori Street. There are tons of food options nearby, and it's within reasonable walking distance to several train stations. The mineral baths on the B1 level are a real highlight—I used them every day during my stay. They're clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. Another fun touch is the late-night soba offering, which adds a unique charm to the experience. One minor complaint: the hotel has a...

The place exceeded my expectations. Very clean and spacious. The staff was very polite and professionally. The hotel is near a train station and many places to eat and bar hopping if you are in the mood. We highly recommend this place and the price point wss excellent.
