「What can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing, from the top-notch hotel service at the front desk to the property cleanliness; it outshined every hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. The town of Menaggio is very walkable and can be seen in half a day, so if you want to fill up your itinerary, you can take a ferry to Bellagio, or Varenna. 「Great comma and warm welcome when we arrived. The place is well maintained and outside manicured. Mary was helpful throughout our stay. Our suite had fantastic vista with private balcony with furniture to sit out comfortably. Bed, pillows were soft and comfortable. Room clean as was the bathroom / shower. Breakfast was continental with variety of cooked eggs. Tasty. It was a bit of a walk to the town but after a few trips was invigorating. It takes 18 minutes. 」

「My husband and I stayed for just 1 night. For what we needed for 1 night this location was perfect. The welcoming service was great, the room and bathroom are spacious enough, and the location is a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry terminal and where all the shops/restaurants are. Even if we had to stay multiple nights this would have been a good enough place. 」

「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. We arrived the hotel very late, around 9:30pm, while the restaurant still opens and the quality of food is good. We will definitely visit again.」

「The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. 」
