「Clean room but hotel may need some renovation. Room was clean but AC was not very good. Hotel is in an excellent location and close to everything. Last, we went to the roof top bar for a quick drink and service was very poor. The waiter at the bar was very rude. My wife asked to see the bill and he was not very happy about that. Breakfast was good.」

「The staff were great. We came off a cruise ship earlier in the day and they were able to get us into our rooms early. It really made it easy to get settled and getting us out to see the city. Staff also could help us with getting a transport to the airport the next day.」

「Great location for a solo trip to Istanbul. The area felt safe, and everything I wanted to see was within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, professional and breakfast was good, especially with the amazing view. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Love this hotel. Great location and close to everything. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are small but still great. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend」

「The shops nearby is convenient. There were other guest across our room that were so loud at 3 am for consecutive days. There should be sign to keep it down. The bathroom smelled like mold and the rack hanging in the bathroom was corroded. The toilet so close to the vanity is a safety hazard. The comforter had holes and seems like no one checks. We had our sign to clean our room, we left at 9 came back and room was not cleaned.」
