The rooms were nice, and the staff was very understanding as far as the guests reviews go, you just need to communicate with the staff. We went down for an army grad and was having an hour to spend with our soldier and communicated that with the staff they was very friendly and understanding and didn’t charge us for a guest like the reviews claimed. 「When we arrived the ladies working the front desk were so nice and hospitable. The hotel was so nice and neat clean and smelled so nice. The room was clean the mattress was new and comfortable. The linens are so soft and smell sanitized. I was only disappointed that the indoor pool was too cold to go swimming and i was looking forward to that.」
