「Hotel has a nice swimming pool with restroom and sitting area. The rooms were clean. It has a dining and bar within the hotel. There are some good fitness equipment and plenty of space to workout.」

「Property was on its 3 week of being open. So things are new and looks great. There were a couple things. Laundry room had only one working dryer. Rest of them were down. A couple washing machines were down also. You have to use an app and Bluetooth so I am guessing it’s a technology thing. Coffee machine was great in lobby. Makes several different drinks. Rooms are pretty basic. Ac was great. The fitness is lacking. 2 treadmills, one elliptical and one weight tower. Needs some free weights and...

「No soap at a hotel is bad」

「The breakfast was just waffles, had cold coffee and the orange juice looked brown and was hot and the apple juice was as bad and both were in pitchers. Only had one wash towel, one hand towel and two towels. Mother-in-law almost slipped in the handicap bath, they need to add non-slip pads in the handicap bathrooms. Only had a great experience with one staff member that came from England everyone else were not friendly.」

「Found hair on my towel, ac unit was very loud, didn’t have Kleenex only bath tissue, sheets were very thin and gave me allergies, curtains did not block out sunlight, the surroundings looked unsafe and sketchy.」

「It is always very clean, stay is awesome, the parking could be better, but it's ok, and my only complaint about the kitchen is you have to pay to rent out pots, pans, etc. The only things you get in the room are 2 plates, 2 forks and 2 butter knives (there were 3 of us in our room).」

「They charged me 150 on my coperate credit card for “cancelation” because I showed up on time but could not check in because they cannot charge 3500 hold on my company credit! Silly staff and never try to keep the customers - Flag down and ass up to those mechanical systematic error - not flexible to keep your stay/visit feel home! Motel 6 is way nicer than you :(」

「Clean place and friendly helpful staff. Only reason I gave them a 4 was for a door to use when coming in after 4 pm doesnt work with key card. Otherwise easy 5. Very adequate soap and towels etc. Next to freeway, meaning maybe 3/8 of a mile away with no noise associated to it. No restaurant, but there's a Del taco within walking distance. Gave me a great price to !! I'll definetly stay there again. Ac was perfect, not to hot or cold with clean smelling air coming out so the filters are clean...

「設備簡單，但齊全，早餐只可以話飽肚，事實亦並不豐富，酒店附近都係貨倉或工業用地，但亦有兩間連鎖式快餐店。我入住的時間（February-March )是鳳凰城全年最好天氣的時候，所以可能租金較貴。」
