「A most pleasant and pleasing stay overall. Great location, clean and stylish. The only area needs improvement is check in time (4pm is too late) and no luggage storage prior to check in (especially when check in time is so late). 」

The proximity to Bristol is perfect, plus there’s free parking and a lovely pub just down the road. Nick is an absolute legend of a host — incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return.」

「The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. 」

「The room was cosey, quiet and peaceful. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. The shower screen was leaky but nothing a towel didn't mop up and the espresso cups were dirty but just cleaned them ourselves 」

「The Italian receptionist is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The room is very comfortable, and so is the bathroom. We enjoy our stay!」

「The YHA in Bristol is kind of old compared with the Cardiff one. There is no plug for the upper bed and no separate light for each as well. Also, you need to ask for the wifi even you are going to stay, it's not convenience, so do ask the staff while you are check in! But overall the location is quite close for the visitor.」
