"We were welcomed by a very friendly, helpful and smiley Italian lady. Location is great, room nice and clean, but a bit small. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but we had a pleasant stay. In short a pleasant stay! "

"Staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was very comfortable with a nice big bed and a large sofa plus a small desk and chair. Nice modern bathroom too. During our stay the hotel was quiet. It is well positioned to explore Bristol. "

"The location was fantastic and the hotel / room were very nice. Would stay here again! "

"Checking in to the property was easy and the room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. The apartment block however was incredibly noisy as there was a lot of street noise and noise from within the building from upstairs. The bathroom had horrible hospital flooring and the sink and shower were very small. The bed also was incredibly uncomfortable as the mattress had been worn down on one side leaving a lump in the middle. I also paid a little extra assuming I would have the room pictured with a small dining table and didn’t receive that room. The stay was okay as I needed it for commuting to work but I wouldn’t stay again."
