「They started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully i will come back again!」

「The room was amazing. More supplies and ammenities than we ever would have expected. Communication with the team members was very good. They made sure that we were all set up and then made themselves available if we needed anything (which we did not, but it was comforting to know that they were available). The neighborhood had some people who were 'down on their luck', but the building had security and the entry door was very close access for the taxi, so we always felt secure.」

「We stayed in a family suite on the 28th floor which was provided with a laundry to the residence for the same floor. It was perfect to us, as a family of five, we have a lot of clothes to take care of. More, the room has a beautiful city and harbor view as we look out of the windows. The hotel staffs always greets with happy smiles, and the breakfast buffet offers a great range of quality food. We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. 」

「The location was one of the best parts everything was within walking distance, including cafés, and shops. One of the highlights for me was being so close to the University of Toronto St. George Campus, which is perfect for a nice walk and enjoying the historic and relaxing surroundings. With the convenient location and a clean, comfortable room, my stay was truly enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again.」
