"That bed… I spent Mother’s Day morning on that big floofy bed, reading a book and super cozy. What a treat! Staff was super polite, suite was retro-cool with plenty of space. We had a great stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and honestly much better than we expected for a 3-star hotel. The rooms and common areas were well maintained, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. The location is excellent and made it very easy for us to get around Toronto and visit different attractions. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay."

"We were not told we were upgraded to a buffet breakfast and went to the bistro breakfast. There seemed to be a lack of communication. The balcony was in terrible condition. Probably because of expected renovations but not great to look at. "

"I did not use much of the amenities but the room was very clean and had all I needed. The only issue I had was one of the staff members refused to address me and only spoke to my male partner even though the reservation was under my name. "

"We had a fantastic stay in a junior suite. Staff was very friendly and helpful during check in. Fast response to bring a crib to the room. Front entrance was a bit tough to navigate before check in as the side entrance for strollers and luggage from the street were locked and no one answered the buzzer. Getting picked up or dropped off by car is super easy though. And that side entrance was good once you had a key card. Room was fantastic and clean, noise from the airport and harbour was minimal. Family fun zone arcade room was a big hit! Would stay again!"

"Great place we arrived early and they were very accommodating in checking to see if our room was ready. Unfortunately it was not but was able to store our luggage there. Bedroom and pullout worked the 4 of us. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and had a great view of the CN Tower."
