「Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The lady assisting us to check in was very nice. She showed us around the hotel facilities and gave my kids swimming toys. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had three swimming pool, one indoor and two outdoor. My kids really enjoyed the pool. In addition, the included breakfast was delicious. This hotel definitely deserves that we come back.」

「Could not order evening meal on first night as they only take orders in the morning. hadcto walk to Shanklin village 10 mins . hot lucky to find table availability. Good location. Staff friendly to guests BUT rumours staff of not being pad so they left leading them short staffed! Great free swimming pool 」

「Had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was still off season and a bit quiet but the manager was very welcoming and made me feel an honoured guest. Everything is at walking distance so very convenient!」

「Overall ticks all the boxes . In some need of updating , decor , furniture . Mattress too soft for me , a topper or new one would be ideal. Parking was fine. An altercation with the owner and a guest at 1.30 am on my second night didn’t help my sleep . Whilst my room was next door to the entrance , and in all probability not the fault of the owner , regardless , there are other guests in the accommodation to consider. Overall decent for the price . 」
