「The staff was very helpful, the parking was convenient, and the room was clean. That's as far as the good things about the hotel went. The place is poorly maintained. A lot of the grout around the bathroom tiles was missing, and that was just the first obvious thing my traveling partner and I noticed. Breakfast the first day was a disaster. There was no milk, there were no scrambled eggs ("it takes 45 minutes to cook more if you want to wait"), and there was no waffle mix in the dispenser....

「Booked this property multiple weeks in a row. The cleanliness like everywhere else has no standard. Floors not swept or vacuumed. The bathroom’s sink and tub were not cleaned. ALSO, if you pre-paid with Expedia, the hotel will charge you and not tell you. So you get charged twice for a rm you already paid for. The front desk was super unhelpful. One set of charges, they seem they cannot find, apparently my company’s bank account did. AVOID at all costs. Especially any Wyndham owned hotels.」
