「It was a very nice room (apartment). There was a very loud group on our floor one night and I don't think the front desk was very helpful to manage that. Otherwise, we had a great stay. The location was very close to lots of restaurants and just 3 blocks from the Metro. It felt very safe. The bed wasn't super comfy but not bad. We will definitely stay here again.」

「We loved this rental! The host called us on our way to confirm and we had great communication during our entire stay. Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED! 「The property was nice, very active building with a concierge at the front desk. They are not attached with the rental company just for the property. The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. 「The apartment, convenient and very appropriate for our needs. Amenities could be better, For 2 adults, there were only 4 bath sized towels, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths, no dish towels, sponge or dish soap in the kitchen. Only 1 entry fob was allowed, 2 fobs would have been better for 2 adults with different schedules. The concierge at the Earl Apartments were very accommodating but unable to provide additional services since the unit is managed by the WeHostGroup based in Miami, FL....
