「Very comfortable and well maintained. Lot of good dining options around the block. 」

「The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. 」

「Anthony (hopefully that is his correct name) was very kind, courteous and accommodating when we ran into an issue when we first checked in. We travel to DC area quite often and will definitely stay there again.」

「Elegant is in an amazing location for visiting the nation's capital. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, and the Pentagon City Metro station are all mere blocks away. 」

「A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...
