「Parking was plentiful and safe. Convenient to I10 and Casa Grande shopping and dining. A bit outdated, but for a room under $75, can't really complain. My room did have a musty smell but not overwhelming. I stayed 3 nights and had no issues. For longer stays they advertise $287 a week which is a great price IMO. 」

「酒店各方面都还不错，但是赶上停车场正在施工，没有提供足够的停车位，以至于回到酒店没有地方放车，与酒店人员沟通也不太顺畅，酒店的人不管。最后只能把车放在了不是停车位的地方。我觉得既然停车场施工酒店的工作人员应该批出其他地方供旅客停车。以减少不便。」

「Everything was efficient. The room and building were mostly clean but everything was old but new. Figure that out. Check-in was Virtual, which was an experience. But there is something about actually taking to someone in person that makes one feel safe. The Hotel smelled of marijuana. Negatives aside, the AC blew cold, the sheets and room were clean, the staff were nice and attentive (when you can find them) and had plenty of parking. Plus you get a discount at IHOP. 」

「The place is way outdated. Our room was ok, at best. The curtain sheer was ripped, spider webs in the corners, the a/c had to be repaired and the shower knob was broken then repaired. The place has lots of history. The pool was nice. All the furniture needs updated. The restaurant and bar were the highlights.」

「Pull out couch very uncomfortable. The place needs upgrading badly. There are holes in the carpeting on the stairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was good. 」

「I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. 」

「Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...
