「There was lots of parking. The room was clean, although it did smell a bit Smokey. There was no coffee maker in the room which I thought there was supposed to be. I could be wrong. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. We made use of the jacuzzi tub which was nice.」

「Didnt use the laundry. The exterior was being renovated so they appear to be putting mo ey back into the place. Staff were friendly. It was winter when I stayed there. The heater worked very well. Lots of parking. Food places, mostly fast food, in the area seem to close around 11pm-12am. 」

「Reception didntbeven looked reception some part in a hallway boxes all over a desk blocking the area to make it a makeshift reception. The staff at Reception was rudest person alive, didnt greet didnt explain anything, snatched my ID off hand put machine in front of me to charge extra, when I asked what is this for I already paid through expedia these barely spoke a word 'Security'. I asked Security of who 'you or me' then stated secority deposit if you break anything. gave me the access card...

「The room was clean. The staff accoumadated us becuase they booked us on the second floor and they moved us to the first floor to accomadate bexause of mobility issues 」

「We arrived late on a very cold windy night and the young man at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. When I asked if there were tea bags in the room he said there were but that he could make me a cup as well. I so appreciated his overall thoughtfulness that one doesn’t see much any more, and of course the great cup of tea!」
