Would never recommend anyone to stay her. Not well maintained at all. Theres is big banners in front of the motel thats states breakfasts all day, and free breakfast for people staying in the motel. They had no food here and not even coffee in the rooms or lobby. Nothing to wash ypur face in the washrooms. Theres holes and paint missing off walls in room. Washroom sink was im assuming still dirty from the last visitors. Not sure if the had cable cause i couldnt get it to work for downtime in the room. Our front door didnt close unless you slammed it . Which im sure the other gets wouldnt have liked to hear. It reminds me of a slumloard motel is the best way to describe it.. sorry to say but this is exactly what it is feels like.

Please confirm if this is really a Travelodge by Wyndham because this was basically a homeless shelter charging money. No amenities, dirty rooms, boarded up window, awful and uncaring staff. It's listed as the London Residency Inn when getting a receipt of phoning the front desk. I think it's false advertising as people expect a Travelodge location to be inhabitable. We did not even stay one night, we left and found somewhere else after being there for 20 minutes. We are trying to get our money back.

Absolutely terrible experience. The bed was covered in hair, stains, and cigarette burns, despite being a "smoke free" motel. The bathroom shower curtain rod was hanging off the walls, the paint was peeling off the walls, the walls were also covered in stains and crayon. The microwave wasn't plugged in, and had to be put on the floor to be plugged in due to the lack of outlets in the room. They wouldn't change the bedding because it was the weekend, and said even if I wanted my bedding changed, I'd have to remove all of my personal belongings. The towels were stained, so it was a good thing I had one of my own. Half the lightbulbs were burnt out. The air conditioning barely worked in the morning. Almost nothing about the "about this hotel" section was true. The one good thing? The fridge was cold. Buyer beware.

The pictures looked nothing like the facility I saw in person. I was very disappointed. Bed dirty and hair all over the beds, on the floor and hair on the bathroom walls of the shower and in the tub, tub wasn’t clean, there was no towels or wash clothes. I have never been to an establishment like this before. This was not worth my money at all!

Room is literally a prison cell, tiny and so old and outdated. No garbage cans whatsoever. Toilet paper was on a bar that was bent sideways so it fell off every time you touched it. Bathroom sink was filled with hair trimmings. When I complained about the cleanliness right after we checked in the clerk said “they’ve been having issues with housekeeping lately”. Area is also sketchyyyyy to say the least. People clearly methed out walking in and out of the building. Needless to say, never ever again.

Broken windows, stained bedding and towels, overall unclean and dingy feel. Checked out and departed within a few hours of arriving due to feeling uncomfortable and unsafe in that environment, but property refused to refund any portion of the cost of the multi-day booking.

. Needed a place last minute and booked in. Totally run down, not fit for animals to live in. Air smelt fowl, lobby was a hot mess, front entry looked like bullet holes. Room was terrible, blood stains everywhere, had to ask for new sheets. Decor from the 80s, very dirty, hair and just gross, gross lack of details and empathy. Doors had been kicked in, holes in walls. I felt so unsafe, people walking around noise at night. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, a few days and very little cost would make this place livable. Sad that management has turned a blind eye to all the negative reviews. If there they authorities that monitor hotels in Canada, this place must be shut down immediately. Such an embarrassment.

The property was unkept, dirty, broken window, the picture shown on Expedia for the room was not what the room was like. Dirty dingy hallways, the carpet had not been vacuumed. There was no soap in the room and the only soap they could provide was shampoo, they had no face cloths or small towels, just 2 large grey looking towels. I did not feel safe in the room was afraid of bed bugs.

The facility is absolutely filthy. In the building: floors had trash on it and was not clean, cracks in the paint on the walls, some windows were broken, I immediately found insects in the room. When we arrived the receptionist was not certain how to check people in. When we booked the stay on expedia, it claimed there was breakfast in the morning, but when we arrived they said that was posted by mistake. At the very back of the parking lot, there were mattresses just tossed on the ground. We were handed our keys and visited the room and were disgusted with the state of hygiene of the room. We immediately turned around and left. When we shared that we would like a refund as the facility was not as advertised, the receptionist would not cancel the reservation right there and told us we had to cancel through expedia. I have stayed in travelodges all over the country, but this facility was certainly not up to the standard of the other places I have been. I believe they are luring people into booking with them by offering certain amenities that they do not have and intentionally make cancelling reservations difficult in order to try and keep the money. I have submitted complaints with expedia and shared that a facility like this ruins the booking experience. I intend to submit a complaint with health inspectors for the state of the facility. It is not fit to be providing hospitality services.

We pulled into the parking lot and there was no way I was even getting out of the car with my daughter. It was absolutely disgusting, garbage everywhere, decrepit building, and sketchy people hanging out at the door. I left and had to find elsewhere to stay.
