The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. 「This is a stunning place to stay and the breakfast is incredible. The nearby restaurant that our host recommended was terrific . The staff went out of their way to help, even after we had left things behind after we checked out & had to return to retrieve them. The tower and cathedral are a pleasant 15 minute walk away. We cannot recommend it more highly!」

「Excellent stay here. The junior studio suite was spacious with a lovely balcony. The room was very clean, fresh towels and cleaning daily. The rooftop pool was amazing and the daily breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only small comment would be in the studio there was a kitchen however limited utensils available to actually cook. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again for a relaxing stay in Cecina!」
