「The condo needs some updating, but overall it was a good stay. I liked the fact that it is pet friendly. Beach is about 10 minutes walk or you can drive your car to a parking close to the beach that it is exclusive for the condo tenants. Called the management company to ask some questions about the parking but they never called me back.」

「We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out! 「The property is decent, but it shows signs of deferred maintenance. The condo had some issues such as slow-draining sinks, uneven flooring, and loose or disconnected laminate planks. Additionally, the closet doors were broken or not functioning properly.」

「It was clean - not perfect - but clean. Nice clean sheets and the bed was more comfortable than the bed I slept on at the Grand Hyatt the previous week. VERY nice, very helpful people work here! If you need something, they will do their best to help you. Make sure you know if you are getting a room in the hotel or one of the condos. I thought we were in a condo, but since the hotel room had a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster - it was fine! Lovely warm pool and hot tub. Practically...
