「This hotel was built in 1915 and has many famous people staying there. Old building and furniture in the lobby has specific antique smell; the floor surfaces are uneven but overall it feels like you are in an old castle. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Hotel offers pretty good hot breakfast. There is a pool outside. Some vip status guests receive complimentary water and snacks. You will find some historic information about the hotel in your room together with a postcard...

「It was very conveniently located in the middle of the restaurants and true walking distance to the Tropicana. The staff was great and the real convenience store on the ground floor was definitely a plus. Parking is limited and expensive but the valet system they use is great. You can contact the valet before leaving the room, via text to have your car ready. As the saying goes, It's all about location, location, location.」

「I showed up and was given a standard room when I purchased a suite. Went down once we found a working elevator and was told our room was overbooked. Put into another room for the night which consisted of a jackhammer for 24 hours until we moved again and then jack hammers for about 12 hours out of the day. Was promised a comped night stay, no resort fees or parking. I have not received anything, they couldn’t even give me a guarantee it would happen when I checked out. I will never stay there...
