「Property was clean. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was exceptional and always friendly. If we had one complaint, it's the poor functionality of the toilet paper dispenser, wonky and always a challenge to use.」

「I stayed at this property for 10 days, and it was overall a great experience, the location is in walking distance of some really good cocktail bars, the staff were helpful and the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, it was very quiet and I was really able relax and enjoy my stay! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND, especially those who might be passing through or in the process of moving to Lancaster! 」

The only thing I didn't like was the very rude and disrespectful Hispanic woman in the morning who works with the black cook every morning. She was very rude and condescending to me and she insulted my intelligence. Young lady definitely needs a new hospitality lesson.」
