「Staff in every area was excellent. I particularly appreciated Anna’s help when I first arrived after a long morning of travel. She also helped reinstate my IHG membership. Did not get the other staff names but they were consistently great. (Front desk and breakfast) Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Lighting was not great and I think bulb on one side of bed not working. Had annoying challenges with room key cards only working once then having to walk back down to front desk to have...

「the t.v was tiny and the guide on it was all wrong. the pool and hot tub were so dirty we wouldn't use it and that was one of the reasons we stayed there because we wanted to use the hot tub」
