「It has lot of activities. But not enough parking, the room are small, and there is like 4 or 5 channels that function in the tv. 」

「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」

「La habitacion aunque limpia, tenia un olor fuerte a humedad. El sitio estaba limpio, la piscina no se veia limpia, se nos hizo dificil encontrar el lugar ya que el GPS no reconoce el lugar... recomiendo remodelacion」
