"Had hotel arrange water taxi service from Venice Airport. Excellent communication, confirmation, and guidance along the way. Flawless transfer to hotel lobby, and beautiful boat ride into the heart of Venice, right under the Bridge of Sighs! Worth every penny and the ONLY way to go for more than 2 people imho. Hotel location is perfect, only 4 minute easy walk from St. Marks square. Easy access to restaurants and shops, and less than 10 minute walk to Rialto area. Room is elegantly decorated, very quiet and comfortable. Our room had a canal view, too! Super clean, had espresso machine and fridge. Elevator is available, note lobby has several two step areas so accessible if you can transfer and climb two steps. Staff was phenomenal, friendly, spoke English well. Ask about their tours, they are great deals! Breakfast was delicious, buffet style with hot options, as well as traditional European fare."

We were accommodated in a spacious and immaculately clean park-view room. Breakfast was available in the hotel, which was a pleasant experience with a wide selection. We opted not to have breakfast on subsequent days to allow for an early departure to explore Venice. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit a memorable experience "
