Had a better than expected stay!!! The place was clean, well appointed and close to all! Easier access than I expected from the F. Te Nova stop and easy with a Vaporetto pass. Very helpful staff at the hotel associated with the suites. Very reasonable! Would stay again!!!

This was a great place to stay. Everything from the location, to the room and to the staff was excellent! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, which made it easy to move from the hotel to the train station.

I LOVED this property. The rooms are in a building that has a historical feel to it. I was super impressed with how clean and quiet my room was. Dealing with jet lag, this was the only room i could sleep with no issues, and I stayed in 4 different hotels during my trip. If you're in doubt, just book it, you won't regret it.

This was an amazing place to stay!!! It is right in the heart of Venice. So many great places to eat and shop are right around the corner. It is so easy to get to and from all the major water transportation routes. The airport water bus is only a 6 minute walk! The hotel staff was amazing and always available.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. No elevator. WiFi was not strong. It is very loud. You could hear the people in adjacent rooms going up and down stairs, talking, opening and closing doors, running and moving furniture around.

A wonderful suite which has been beautifully refurbished. Lovely high ceilings and wood beams, tastefully plastered walls and a chic bathroom with a power shower. Air con was a welcome break from a heat outside! Coffee machine was also a nice touch. Only two minus points was no sparkling bottle of wine which was on my VIP perks and the glass on the stairs needs a good clean as lots of hair and dust. We would happily return to this property.
