「The housekeeping service was inconsistent. One evening, one out of our 3-bedroom villa was missed. No body lotion was provided in any of the 3 bedrooms. No towel was provided in the powder room in the living /dining area and there was no phone there. However the beachfront villa was very nicely located in front of the pristine sandy beach. The service personnel were all very friendly and hospitable. The segregated breakfast room for villa residents was nice. Special menu was provided.」

「Broken shower diverter and a note "This is a minibar, not a fridge" on empty mini fridge says it all」

「Highly recommend Fusion Resort Da Nang! Beautiful, relaxing grounds and exceptionally warm, professional staff. A special thanks to the team for the lovely birthday cake—it was a super thoughtful touch. The perfect Da Nang getaway!」

「Had an amazing stay for our first trip to vietnam. The room was nice and the neighborhood quiet and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were helpful with providing recommendations and car services. The beach is just down the street and the area is a good break away from the traffic and chaos. Would definitely stay here again.」

「I really enjoyed my stay at Melia Danang - the facilities, breakfast, and room were all excellent, and most staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. I arrived after a long motorbike journey from Hue with a hired driver. Instead of being welcomed, staff just come straight to me deliver told he shouldn't stop there, without even greeting me as a guest. Not sure is there a protocol no food delivery bike at the front but hey it should depends...

「We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Saga Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with—everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The accommodation was amazing, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and serviced every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend the Saga Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable,...

「I really loved the tranquility and the peaceful atmosphere. Being outdoors in such a beautiful resort was fantastic, especially with the three pools, including a large one facing the ocean. It’s a place where you can truly relax, unwind, and enjoy some peace without any disturbances. What makes it unique is that it’s quite close to the airport, yet it’s a wonderful place to recharge your batteries. What I didn't like: Honestly, nothing! It’s a place I highly recommend, and I would definitely...
