Olympic Hotel
Excellent views, especially if you get a canal, corner room. Very nice lounge, resturant dinner is lovely. 30 mins to Amsterdam Centraal via the trams, and recommend De Kade coffeeshop near by. I would go back next time.

We enjoy our stay, but the room had several deficiencies: it was small; the lighting was poor (hard for reading); no phone, no pen and paper; no fridge; no rug; and the print on the evacuation plan on the door was so small one couldn't read it, But great location; very nice free coffee in reception ...

Leonardo Boutique Museumhotel
We had a great stay at this lovely hotel, which was right near the Rijks museum. It was within walking distance of most anywhere, also within easy travel access to other parts of the city including the Central station. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.
