「Abbiamo gradito la posizione dell’hotel, si trova a due passi dal lungolago. La colazione molto varia, non manca nulla come per la cena. La spa bellissima. L’unica cosa un pò scomoda é che eravamo in una parte d’hotel lontana dalla zona ristorante e spa.」

「We stayed at this hotel for one night as a family of four. The staff kindly arranged two connecting rooms so that our family could stay together comfortably. There was a door between the rooms, which made it very convenient for us. Although the hotel is located a bit away from the main tourist area and transportation was slightly inconvenient, the hotel staff were very helpful and gave us clear instructions on how to use public transport, so getting around was not a problem. 「Waren zum vierten Mal hier. Zimmer lag in der 1. Etage. War dieses Mal sehr unruhig, da über uns ständiges Getrampel und alle 2 Stunden ging ein Generatore oder ähnliches an , was genervt hat. Ansonsten alles perfekt. Personal, egal wo , immer sehr höflich. Hotel kann man nur weiter empfehlen. 」

「Everything is good ,the staff was nice ! The hotel located in the town which there have a lot of restaurants and coffee shop Just one thing is if you travel by car the shuttle need to wait a bit long to arrive to drive you to pick up your car ,so the parking is 6 mins drive from hotel , but ur car can’t drive in to the road because it’s restricted road .I was waited for 40 mins for the shuttle bus when I check out . Apart from this problem everything was very good !」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
