「Very courteous very clean」

「前台服务态度需提高」

「This is definitely a motel. The cleanliness was… fine. Everything I guess was fine. The room we stayed in had a huge stain in the carpet, which was unfortunate. The staff was helpful but definitely was just fine.」

「The only place I stay when I’m visiting Winter Park now, comfortable beds and rooms, cool area to hang out, and restaurants within walking distance.」

「Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

「Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan.」

「Great Stay」

「Next doors were so noisy and can be heart very well.」

「Very convenient on the main street in Grand Lake, and we had a late arrival, which was handled perfectly and efficiently. Nice room, we've stayed in that same room before (we've stayed at this property six or seven times in recent years), the motel was full but there was still a parking spot for us in the lot. All good, the lady in the lobby at our late arrival gave all the instructions needed.」
