The front desk staff was warm and welcoming (even called up to the room shortly after I checked in to make sure I had everything I needed), the building was immaculate, and my room was really lovely. I had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and if I’m in beautiful Russells Point again, I will look forward to staying here!"

"Our bed was very comfortable and room clean. Breakfast was standard eggs, sausage & biscuits & gravy & waffle option. Renovations still going on in pool & some areas, but not a factor in our stay. We would stay again if back in the area."
