「The hotel is located at a VERY nice point to overview the bridge Luis. It´s beautiful to have the sunrise and sunset sightseeing from the hotel. 「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「Overall good stay. Hotel location is very good and is about 15-minute drive to the airport. What disappointed us was nobody helped us on luggages during the check-in. While I was parking the car in the carpark nearby, my wife had to move 4 suitcases herself from lobby to the room」

Negative: We book the room the same morning we planned to check in. No one was there and no confirmation mail till we asked help from pedestrian to call the manager/owner. 「The staff were all so sweet and lovely! And the breakfast is delicious with lots of variety and well worth the money. Overall a great stay and would stay again. The area is close to the centre but further away from most of the tourists so it’s quieter, and neighbourhood isn’t as well lit as would’ve liked for a female solo travelled at night so would suggest to be more cautious. There’s also plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Would stay again if were in Porto again!」
