Extremely disappointing experience. They mistakenly charged my credit card $670 twice, totaling $1,340, despite the fact that our stay had already been paid in full using a different debit card. The card they charged was only meant to be held for incidental charges—specifically for water, which wasn’t even complimentary and should have cost no more than $10. To make matters worse, we’ve yet to receive a refund, and customer service was incredibly unhelpful, with no one available who could clearly communicate in English. I would not recommend this place based on how poorly the issue was handled. There was said to be no managers available in the office to talk. This put a burden on the rest of our trip.
