「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「I had such a lovely stay! Ondreya at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! The room was slightly musty and the carpet had a slight stain on a small portion on it. Other than that, everything else was great! The service team is very professional and helpful, would absolutely stay there again. 」

「The owner John, was an amazing host. Extremely friendly, a good conversationalist and a great cook. The B&B was filled with antiques and so many collectables that had great stories attached to a lot of them. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back!」
