「Overall experience at Park Regis Kris Kin was great with friendly staff at the lobby, front desk. There was no problem at all.
However, I was very disappointed that Hotels.com misled us with INCORRECT & MISSING information. We booked for a 3+ bed, "Suite Triple Room", that has 3 Twin beds, can sleep 3 people. This hotel DO NOT have room with 3 physical beds. Front desk staff explained to us their Triple beds room only has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and they have room photo in their website...

「There are nightclubs in the hotel-all play LOUD music,so I stayed awake until 3am.The breakfast was served in a dimly place and it made me feel uncomfortable.I don't think I have a good experience in Ramee Royal Hotel,so I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends.」
