「I’ve been in many 4 star hotels before however this particular one are below the normal standard due to the lack of dining outdated and low quality of restaurant tables. The rooms is lack of bright lights. The elevator had unpleasant cigarettes smelling. On the positive side the hotel staff being very friendly and welcoming except the security guard repeatedly offering taxi services on the way out. 」

「The room is smelly when we check in. Housekeeping follow up immediately and their service is good. Location is close to airport but some distance to Dubai mall or Mall of Emirates. Overall the impression is good.」
