「the staff was courteous (specially Mr. Yasser). He was very helpful and available from moment zero to the last minutes we left the hotel. the rooms were spotless and the view to the Haram was amazing. everyone in the hotel was running to make our stay comfortable. One note to hotel Admin: Please reconsider allowing the transportation company "Almosafer-Transport" to operate from your hotel; I had very bad experience with them and i don't recommend it to anyone. 」

「From the moment you arrive, they make you feel welcome. The entrance offers you a selection of Arabic coffee, dates and small refreshments. The room, although small for a family of 4, was pretty clean. They brought enough teabags and water to get you refreshed. They were responsive to any queries, and will make up the room promptly and replace towels with fresh ones. They even stock up the bathroom with plenty of toiletries for the entire family to use.
