「The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service". Men det bedste var nok personalet; der er ikke en jeg kan fremhæve, men alle (i både reception, concierge, restauranten) var servicemindede og smilende og hjælpsomme og gjorde det til et rigtigt rart sted at være. They showed us Saudi hospitality by storing our bags, leaving fruit and a kind note in our rooms on check-in, and wishing us a good flight the next day. I would absolutely stay here again.
