"Horrible room Conditions! Bodily fluids crusted on the furniture burned out light bulbs missing knobs the tv didn’t work water damage and Ripped up carpet"

"The carpet in the north stairwell was very dirty. The blanket/comforter on the beds was thin and felt like it was made from tube. The shower curtain was cloth without a plastic liner and the floor was soaked. There was only shampoo, no conditioner. When I went to bed, there was something hard under the fitted sheet, it was a plastic dental flossing tool. Gross."

"Very clean rooms especially the bathroom. Cliff the front desk clerk was very friendly and super helpful. He made me feel as if he loves his job.Very comfortable beds as well as spacious suite. I will definitely stay there again for a staycation."
